You can do it
Original communication: 9/27/18
I started to write this blog almost 2 month ago but didn’t finish it because I wasn’t provided with the rest of the story. I now feel comfortable posting this blog because I make point of doing this myself…
I can do or achieve anything
You can do or achieve anything, meaning anything what-so-ever!
One of the turning points in my life is when I realized that if I start from the mindset of “I can do anything,” the only question that follows is:
- What capabilities am I lacking to do it?
Imagine the state of “I can do it” is 100%. The only reason why you are not able to do is because you are not yet 100%. It is just matter of filling in the gap between 100% to where you are starting out from. Also, you don’t have to be 100% to be doing it, so remove your belief system that you have to learn 100% before you can start anything. That’s just excuse thanks to your friend, Ego.
There should be only two phrases that you use when you are faced with challenges in your life:
- You are learning to do/be
- You choose not to do/be
That’s it. There is nothing you cannot do, it is a choice you made not to pursue it.
Of course, some of these challenges seem impossible. Setting a clear intention of what it means for you when you achieve this goal is also very important.
For example, I was discussing with my husband if a blind person can work in construction field. My husband said, there is no way because it will be unsafe, so they cannot. I said, they can. Partly because my husband was thinking it means this person will be literally working inside the dangerous construction site. I was imagining a world where they can do work side by side with sighted workers like through robots. Even if we took this literally like my husband did, I think it is still possible. It will be a long journey for this person and it might be that he or she cannot achieve in their lifetime, but if that’s what we want happen, I believe it can happen. Question is, is it what we want happen?
Please note I have highest respect to blind people and people with disabilities. Your soul chose a very challenging life for you when they decided to come down to earth (see other blog on reincarnation). I did not make this comment lightly…
When you use these vocabularies, you are choosing not to be
I AM rather than I WANT and I WISH
WANT and WISH are two vocabularies to remove because these words do not move you into action of filling in the gap of your capabilities. If you are really in action, you’ll notice these two vocabularies naturally don’t come up very often. And the reason to avoid these words is because universe will listen to your wishes by giving you more wants and wish into your collection because those thoughts are what you projected into the universe as what you want to be given.
Instead, try saying “I AM” or if you are hesitant to say you are yet, say “I AM LEARNINIG TO” or “I AM BECOMING.” The reason why I give you the choice of progress, because you have to believe 100% what you say so if you cannot believe in it, universe will not listen to you or it will give you back with things that will confirm your doubts. So, saying words that is true but still towards the ultimate goal is better than pretending, in my opinion.
DON’T rather than CAN’T
When you run into challenges, you might say “It’s hard,” “I cannot do it!” Well, as mentioned, there’s nothing you cannot do so, might as well remove that from your vocabulary as well.
DON’T is magical. When you say “I DON’T,” the natural next word that follows is “BECAUSE” and those are reasons why you, yourself and yourself alone, decided not to pursue. That gives you an understanding why you are not doing that. While CAN’T when followed by BECAUSE, it give you EXCUSES.
“This is not important enough for me to make time right now” rather than “I will do this when I have time”
I used to make an excuse by saying “I’m too busy.” Don’t we all? But have you noticed even in the midst of crazy schedule, you still make time to do something you REALLY care about? Time is something you make. If you don’t have time to do something, then you don’t want it bad enough. That’s there’s to it… And be very honest. Once your realize this, it is very brutal. Truth is so hard sometimes… Be prepared!
