Healing through food: Well, I tried
How to use the “healing through food” blogs
I was guided to use pictures of food and stories to send healing energy to those who would be benefitted from a different type of healing modality.
When you see the images and read the accompanying story, imagine you are nourishing your body and soul with them. Please imagine you are sitting at the same table, having conversation with me, and enjoying these food and experiences. For the while, those experiences and food are nourishing your body and soul where you most need it.
Seafood pie from London, England
I think it was called seafood pie or something like that…
I have a tendency to order something that sounds interesting and something I’ve never tried (at home but especially when I travel) and this wasn’t an exception. Though, from its name, I was imagining something like a chicken pot pie with seafood in it. It was rather shepherd pie, seafood version. I didn’t see it coming. ????
It was not good, to be honest. I put hot sauce that made it tolerable because it lacked seasoning. I guess that’s the reason for a plate that you see in the back with tons of condiments. I first thought that was salad. LOL
I also tried beer that they recommended at the bar. Room temperature the like ones drunken in Germany. It was good and made the food taste better. It also helped that I was hungry as I hadn’t eaten all day. This was 4PM. I also was going through jetlag from having landed that morning.
Loving energy I’m sending with this picture is curiosity to try something out even if it doesn’t work out at the end. Sometimes it gives you something wonderful and sometimes it gives you so-so experience, but I hope we don’t lose having curiosity in life because that’s what keeps us trying new things and discovering something wonderful as a result. We will never experience something wonderful if we don’t keep our heart open.
