Healing and protection advice from a tree and spiders

Original communication: 9/26/18

Here’s a background of the communication that may help set the context. I walk with my dog every morning through nearby park that has a nice trail. I use this time to also meditate. Along the way, I made friends with trees and it is not uncommon for me to get helpful communications from the trees nowadays. I also recently made profound connection with spiders which I will share some other time.

I typically set an intention prior to the walk and the intention I set that morning was “I’m abundance of energy to give.” This was because I’ve been feeling a bit drained of energy and some folks pointed out that I’m giving too much without taking. But I believe I’m able to give unlimited energy to people and animals by giving energy received from the universe without asking for something in return. Though it sounds great in theory, I haven’t been able to do that in practice…

Give the energy you take from the ground for healing

A tree told me that in order to take energy from the universe, I need to open holes on the both ends. What it meant is like this. When poke a hole in a can of chicken broth, if I only open one hole, it doesn’t work. But if I poke two holes on opposite ends, it flows freely. It’s like that. I need to open up the connection to universe (through crown chakra) and also open up the connection to ground (through base chakra), then it will start flowing. This will take the energy from the universe and return to earth. But most importantly is to take the energy back up from the ground and that’s the energy you give…

Grow a bark to protect yourself

Tree also told me that I can tone this energy up or down as I like to adjust how much energy I’m projecting to the world. I asked tree how I’d protect myself from “free energy takers” especially when I am toned down? It told me to grow a bark. Bark is not strong enough to protect us from everything, but it is a protection that is part of you. It’s like someone telling you to “grow a thick skin” which many have told me in the past so it’s funny tree telling me that now. 🙂 Look at Aloe. It is such a healing plant but has that pokey shell…

You can ask spiders for protection

A spider that I’ve communicated with previously, then came to me and gave me a great method to protect further. It told me to imagine having a spider web all around your body protecting like a cocoon. I asked what happens something gets caught. It told me that they’ll take care of it for me by taking it and returning back with love. They told me they can help those who wants to work with the spider energy this way as long as they treat them in a loving manner.
